My name is Yanira Gale. I am enrolled in the Masters in Education Digital Education Leadership program at Seattle Pacific University.

I have been tutoring and teaching Spanish since 2002. I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Teaching from University of California, Irvine. I taught High School and Middle School as a Certified Teacher in California. After moving to Seattle, I started a home-school language learning support program, taught Spanish at Sky Valley Education Center, and Spanish K-12 at Labyrinth Homeschool Co-Op. I also helped implementing and teaching the Dual Language classes at Park Place Middle School. I am currently a Spanish teacher at Archbishop Murphy High School, in Everett.

I am passionate about cultures, language, and technology in education.

One of my goals is to inspire culturally and digitally responsive life-long learners.

In my spare time, I also enjoy running, hiking, kayaking, camping, and the great outdoors.
